The firm assists its clients in many of their business and personal activities, including real estate transactions. We regularly negotiate commercial and residential leases for our clients, and we handle purchases, sales and refinancing of residential co-operative and condominium apartments as well as single family homes. Although the focus of our real estate practice is in the greater New York metropolitan area, we also coordinate with local advisors when our clients seek properties outside of this area.
