Termination of copyright grants to be discussed

Neil Rosini will participate in a panel discussion at the NARM Entertainment Law Conference on September 29, 2010, in New York. The panel, entitled “The Developing Storm of Copyright Termination: Who Wins, Who Loses, and How Will it Really Work?”, will address the policy rationale underlying copyright termination, the practice challenges and costs of exercising termination rights, and the business opportunities that termination creates.
