Eric Brown and Michael Rudell will address current issues in electronic publishing at an American Bar Association program on October 9.

Eric Brown will moderate, and Michael Rudell will be a panelist in, a seminar entitled, “Electronic Publishing: Evolution or Revolution” to be presented at the ABA Forum on the Entertainment and Sports Industries in New York on October 9. The topics will include contractual and economic aspects of electronic book issues and also the proposed Google settlement and issues relating to it.
