Neil Rosini spoke at the Association of American Publishers’ Lawyers Committee luncheon on June 22, 2012, reviewing the mechanisms for terminating grants of rights under the U.S. Copyright Act and its practical effects. His talk also focused on the effective dates of new termination rights that begin in 2013.
