Shows techniques in negotiating theatre deals.

In a program entitled “Legal Aspects of Producing: An Inside Approach to Navigating the Theatrical World” sponsored by the Entertainment Arts and Sports Law Section of the New York State Bar Association, in collaboration with the Commercial Theater Institute, Elliot Brown took part in two mock negotiations. He represented a motion picture studio/novelist as underlying rights owners in one of the negotiations and a not-for-profit theatre in the other.
