Discussion at Philadelphia meeting will answer: "2013 -- Bad Year for Copyright?"

On March 7, 2013, Neil Rosini will participate in a panel discussion sponsored by the Copyright Society of the U.S.A. – Philadelphia Chapter. The panelists will focus on copyright terminations in 2013 as the first year that terminations under Section 203 of the Copyright Act take effect. Other topics will include how the termination right is understood and how it is being used by authors; whether re-negotiation of contracts offers better contract deals for authors; and whether 2013 will be a hectic year for content owners.
