CMJ panel to review the rules and risks of contracting with minors and how to deal with them

Nick Gordon will participate in a panel discussion at the 5th Annual Entertainment Business Law MCLE Seminar at CMJ Music Marathon and Film Festival 2010 on October 22 at New York University. The panel, “The Kid Stays in the Picture: Agreements with Minors” will discuss how working with minors in the performance field can be tricky because their contractual agreements are subject to laws and regulations that may require approval of their parents and the courts. The panel will investigate the rules and risks of contracting with minors and offer tips on the best ways to deal with them.
