Rose Schwartz will participate in a panel at the Annual Meeting of the ABA Forum on the Entertainment and Sports Industries, on October 8, 2010, in Las Vegas. Rose’s panel, presented by the Theatre and Performing Arts Division, is entitled, “Capturing the Performance: Audio-Visual Exploitation of Live Stage Productions,” and will examine the legal and business issues arising from the increasing number and variety of audiovisual recordings of live theatrical and performing arts productions.
